We're committed to delivering your MOCAFINO coffee quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only, including all seven emirates:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Shipping Method & Fees
All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority.
- Shipping fee: AED 50 flat rate
- Transit time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Information
After dispatch, delivery takes an estimated 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, address issues, or carrier delays.
